Oh, good word!! I feel the pain. My hair used to do that all the time. But then I cut it all off. It still does it, except now it's just cuter and shorter.
One of those silly things a dad does to make you laugh. He rubbed her hair with a blanket forever & then made me snap a pic. He was so proud of himself. It was at grandparent's house.
